Our conference partners are happy to choose one of the seminar rooms individually, depending on the occasion and topic. Whether “rows of chairs”, “block” or “parliament”: the desired arrangement of suitable furniture supports valuable thinking spaces.
Be sure to take a look at our “get-togethers” and actively bring them to life – as part of your next conference on the idyllic lake and river banks of our Protestant education center on the island of Schwanenwerder on the outskirts of Berlin.

Bookings can only be made in conjunction with a training course, workshop or conference with a church, social or university background.
Unfortunately, private bookings of conference rooms and rooms are not possible.

Whether you are a church, cultural, scientific-university or social institution, foundation or association, conference or seminar for further education and training: contact us directly! Via our booking function, by telephone or by e-mail. Because individual service is very important to us. We will be happy to advise you and endeavor to plan ahead for you exactly according to your wishes. We will discuss with you in person which conference room best suits you and your participants, depending on the occasion. Come and visit us by appointment; we will show you around and find the perfect room for your event!

Inspiring surroundings and historic villa
Six conference rooms are available directly in the villa. All conference rooms are equipped with modern conference technology and free WLAN. A photocopier is available to all conference guests at reception. Of course, our premises are barrier-free.
Your retreats
Design your own conference breaks
Use the foyer of the villa for smaller discussion groups, the chapel for brief inner reflection, the “Havel” social room for individual preparation and follow-up work or our beautiful park for brief relaxation. In winter, the open fireplace is an inviting place for evening chats, while in summer you can enjoy a barbecue on the terrace. You’ll see, whether it’s coffee and cake, a small snack or a festive menu – our catering team is always at your disposal, even during the preparation.
