Terms and conditions of contract and business
- Our prices are per person/room, including service and VAT. Each invoice amount is net, i.e. without deduction of commissions.
- When a binding booking is made for an event, a reservation fee of 30% of the anticipated order volume shall be payable, which the client shall transfer to the Dietrich Bonhoeffer Hotel’s account within one week of accepting the offer.
- In the case of group bookings, the client undertakes to provide the complete individual guest data so that the hotel can invoice all services used directly. If this data is not available by the time the guest checks in, the organizer shall be liable for any services not paid for and used by the individual guest.
- Cancellations by the client are possible free of charge up to 6 weeks before arrival. If the event is subsequently canceled in whole or in part, a cancellation fee of 80% of the agreed room/arrangement price per person will be charged to the client.
Cancellations or no-shows will be charged a cancellation fee of 80% of the agreed room or package price per person. Cancellations must be made in writing by the conference participant or the client. - It is forbidden to bring and consume your own food and drink on the premises. A corkage fee will be charged for non-compliance. Cancellations of individual meals are free of charge up to 48 hours in advance, after that we charge a 30% cancellation fee.
- The contractual partner is liable for any damage caused by a group.
